Established as a Petrol Filling Station in the 1930’s, the original structure still stands.  Should the preferred proposed Boutique Hotel be refused approval, it is intended that the site will re-open as a Petrol Filling Station.  The owners of the land intend to keep the site within the family into the future and re-opening the site as a fuel station and convenience store, would be the only option should the hotel not go ahead.
