- We are a property investor with a history in Windsor dating back to the 1800’s
- Founded by Marsden Huggins – the son of local artist, Wilfrid Huggins, the family originally developed the site as a petrol filling station in the 1930’s
- The site on the opposite side of the road previously owned by Marsden, was sold to Shanly Homes in the 1980’s and subsequently developed into flats
- Under the direction of our current Managing Director, St Leonard’s Road continues to invest in Windsor and is currently working on giving the site at 437-441 a new lease of life
- Given the Windsor Tourism Plan and the current shortage of affordable overnight visitor accommodation, we have determined that a boutique hotel is the best commercial use of the site and also most needed by the local community
- Overnight accommodation will reduce the traffic of day visitors whilst creating jobs and new amenities for locals – including a restaurant with underground parking
- St Leonard’s Road are committed to improve and hold sites in the Windsor area for the long term benefit of the local community
